All you need to do now is go check your inbox for the first 2 hockey workouts and get busy!


You will receive the 2 workouts which will run on a Day One and a Day Two system, alternating each day.  Usually 4x per week or whatever your schedule permits.


Expect a new 2 workouts every month delivered to your inbox.


Just make sure you check your email which would be the one you entered on the previous page.
